About us

Vanrenen Hanbury is an established interior design practice working on a broad range of residential and commercial projects across the UK and abroad.

Founded over 15 years ago by Sarah Vanrenen, the company now operates as Vanrenen Hanbury to reflect the creative partnership between Sarah Vanrenen and Laura Hanbury who work together on both client projects and on the company’s growing textile, furniture and lighting collections. 

The studio’s approach is comprehensive with involvement from the conception of a project to final completion. We work on a small number of projects at a time, so that Sarah and Laura can be closely involved at every stage. 

Bringing many years of combined experience of working on large projects as well as those requiring a lighter touch, the focus from the outset is a clear understanding of how our clients want to live and how we can make their vision a reality.
